Before knowing the full form of computer, we need to know that the definition of computer. 

Definition of Computer

A computer is a digital electronic device that has the ability to store, retrieve, and process data, and can be programmed with instructions that it remembers. The physical parts of computer that make up a computer complete are called hardware and software. We can also save our data and retrieve it when needed.
